who knows this type?

Hello,

I live in Belgium and I recently bought my first project.
The transom of the boat is very rotten as you can see in the pictures so there is some work to be done

My first question is if anyone knows this boat/type?? I give a pic from the boat and also the from the logo I found.

The papers give MB Shark type Monaco but I can't find anything about it.
