I just saw this on SA posted by Dave Trude. I had no idea that you could build a CLASS LEGAL version of the International 2.4 meter out of plywood! This is what he says:
"You can buy the kit and build a stitch and glue 2.4mR. This is not a Norlin MK3 that they use in the Paralympics. But it is a less expensive way to get into the 2.4mR class. This design, I have been told is faster than the Norlin MK3 when you get it dialed in, probably from the lack of the big bustle on the back end, but I am not a designer so I can't be sure." website: http://www.24mr.se/projects.tmp/2,4 ply.html
