Does anyone have such draving in svg file or similar? and will be able to share with me I mean the shape of longitudinal view of the ship, without any lines.

Echoing william stokes....you need to use the correct terms. See the drawing below...from top to bottom there is the SECTION, the PROFILE, and the PLAN. I think you are asking for a profile?
