Job Production Software

Can anyone recommend a program/process that helps one manage the work flow in the yard, to manage the job distribution and schedule, by particular job type, and to store the data for future reference by Customer name and cross reference boat name.

I know this sounds pretty perfect for a software program, but what works best for you...short of cloning yourself to be in a hundred places at one time...<smile>...

Take a look at "Watchcaptain" No experience myself, but have friends who have had good results with it.

You should also look at Microsoft Project. I know of a number of boatyards that have used this successfully.
