epoxy hardening/filling Q's

    If you have some flex, enlarge the fillets to 1/2" around the chambers.

    Pull the wires out, it's pretty easy with heat or electricity.

    You can also make thickened epoxy "tacks" between the wires that are small enough to be covered by the final fillet, but will hold the structure together with the wires removed. So many ways to skin this cat.
