Continuing on with Postgraduate??!!

Sorry but i know you guys are all experts in academic and field experience but a question tho??

Can a Petroleum Engineer continue on with Postgraduate Masters in Marine Engineering and work in offshore rigs & structures?!

Please an advice would be much appreciated...
