    I've seen it before but don't know where. Like the electronic altitude control system....
    Heres one like the one above except that it uses surface piercing foils and doesn't require an altitude control system. However, RM comes from the crew only whereas the one in the first post uses twin independent altitude control systems(I think they are independent-like on Osprey except electronic):
