after sailing her frm genova to bucharest , take paint off and here's the sorry condition she was in. ++70% of framing was rotten at bilge section.the double planking was completely rotten at bilge section. the four ring frames in steel were compltely corroded.all fastenings were steel, badly...

here the new laminated mast step bearing structure we built; previously in badly corroded steel. I made the mast step "plate " in 20mm stainless steel plate.

each planking strake was cold moulded frm three layers oak veneer.keel, knees, stem, stern frame were laminated frm 4mm ash.the boat was epoxy capsulated and clear coated.
