All the grey plastic bits are 3/4" PVC electrical conduit (heated with a torch and bent over a bike rim at the bow & stern, note scorch marks...). Gunwales and chines are full 10' lengths off the shelf, the keel (3 of them stuck together) was installed so it rests just below the floor and then I cut off the stem & stern-post.
