I'd like to add spray rails to the sides of my Lumber Yard Sport Skiff 16, are there any considerations in regards to placement of it, angle of bottom edge, etc? So many inches above the bottom, away from the ends? I'm sure I can guess by looking at pictures, but thought I'd seek out some advice...

Yes. Thinking I may go with just the 18mm though, cheaper, no glue. No screws. Maybe I’ll add a keelson to stiffen it up.

Hi, I built Jeff’s Nova Scotian 16 Dory. Still have those plans. When I went to buy more I was too late. Such bad news, he was a lovely and helpful fella and I looked forward to interacting with again on a new build. You wouldn’t happen to have plans for the Alamitos 15’ or Robalo 16 ?
