    Hey guys

I wasn't sure where to post this question, but know this is an active forum with many knowledgeable individuals.

I am looking to start a marine holding tank pump out service and need a boat
I would would like some thing that can accommodate a 250 gallon holding tank and remain seaworthy but be run economically. I am thinking a flat bottom hull similar to a John boat but larger and wider or perhaps a tri hull.

If any one can point me to a good website that may sell this type of work boat used or if any manufactures names come to mind it would be much appreciated.

I actually think a power cat would work better for you. They are more stable, have high carrying capacities, and are very economical to run.

I have seen several in my area that are small pontoon boats with a rain cover over the driver and an outboard for power. The tank is mounted in the forward section of the boat centered up with room to walk around the boat.

If the boat is too big you will have trouble maneuvering it around the marinas and the boats in the slips.
