What if I connect this wire to this wire

    I don't have grounding system I don't have earth system. I don't have yellow and green wire. How do I check the pin in the marina plugs earth is earthing.

    Hang a metal object attached to a wire in the water and measure between the wire and the ground pin then.

    We had a current leak (on dry land) a few years ago. We had some (probably unrelated) problem with water pump relay and while measuring noticed the control line had a continous 70V in it. The pressure switch and the relay are in separate buildings. After some more measuring and searching the culprit turned out to be an old lead shielded cable (elsewhere in the system) that had started leaking.

    It's not likely to find that sort of cable anymore though. :)
