actually the topic here should be the speed of the changes

its the rapid part of Rapid Global Climate Shift that is the worry

a sudden change precluding the ability of species to adapt including ourselves

for instance
the 100 year long steady and rapid increase in co2 caused by human activities
this greenhouse gas is most likely to be the cause of the warming trend of the last 30 or 40 years
I posted a short while ago where someone had calculated the odds of the two being coincidence at 1 in a billion

the waste of time is in trying to explain that simple reality to some few who's wallets benefit from the status quo

Nevertheless, you need to calm down a little. AGW is not a conspiracy to murder millions of people and enslave the rest. If that's what someone had in mind, there are certainly simpler and more reliable methods of accomplishing it.
