Velvet Drive

    I have a Velvet Drive 72LX electric trans How to wire without an electric shift control ? its now cable. the, I believe is a solenoid with 2 sets of black wires, maybe 1set for forward and 1set for reverse and when not energized is neutral. I haven't tried any live connection yet don't want to fry anything. and should the engine be running to test the shifting F/R? Im looking for help to wire with a manual electric switch, thanks for any advice. Linwood
