    Wow! I haven't seen SLICE in years. I wondered what ever happened to her. Let's see, how many millions was spent on the R&D of this concept?

    Sometimes, though not necessarily in this case ... just "sometimes", the thing you learn is that you didn't really need to learn that.

    I think the shipping and transport would be the bank breaker... ;)

    Dry Weight: 378560 lbs,so about 180 tons of aluminum- price is $180k, which ought to be close to the price of marine scrap aluminum. Plus whatever for the drive.
