In order to properly design a Frahm type anti-roll system you will need a significant amount of information about the vessel including a very good weight report and inclining test. Are you looking to design a passive, active, or tunable system?

I think you should give a little more detail, bud, you posts are lacking in background, one look at this boat in the water shows it sitting bow down noticeably, what's that about ? I don't get why you are wanting to modify a boat you are in the process of buying, have you had experience in the boat, and were dissatisfied with the motion ? If that is the case, why buy it ? It was a bargain ? Please explain the situation, you won't be charged by the word. :)
