Hi, I recently purchased the international marine top coat, and tinners, for spraying. My questions are what size nozzle on the spray gun would suit. I have a 1.8mm What percentage of tinners can be used per litre of top coat? What is the recommended air pressure? And can the pre kote be sprayed this way also. Thanks guys

You should contact the supplier and they can give you the information you are looking for.
I'm not familiar with the international marine paint but for a 2 part LP paint a 1.8 tip sounds a bit too large, that would be good for primer however
something like a 1.3 or 1.4 mm tip is probably more like what you are after
As for air pressure it depends entirely on the type of spray equipment you are using. A HVLP can be as low as 10 psi at the tip, while conventional gear might be 60 or 70 psi.
The thinner could be 20 or 30% by volume (check with supplier)
With Awlgrip and other 2pk paint there are a number of different spray thinners for each manufacture of paints and these are chosen based on ambient temperature (due to evaporation rate)

PreKote is the undercoat for the International 1 pack polyurethane AFAIK. I've sprayed the 2K International (Perfection) with success before. Nothing special in terms of mixing ratios, fairly sure I used around 25% (NB on older circa year 1990-2010 paints). It tends to spray better than it brushes/rollers, though the Toplac is slightly better with a roller than the 2K Perfection. Naturally you don't thin with a roller - well not more than 5%. International should give the mix ratios on the can instructions, or on their website. As a guess I'd think the PreKote can take 15-30% thinner and the Toplac 10-25% as it is a little less viscous. Partly temperature dependent. I use these fairly regularly but have not needed to spray them for a while.
More important is to get a series of thin passes rather than try and get it on in one go. More like spraying a 2K type. Even pretty basic spray kit can give a good result with a little care. PreKote is not thick enough to do any real filling (compared to 2k epoxies and automotive primers) so make sure the base is pretty fair.
