should a boat flex? or be rigid in rough water?

    Ha ha ha ! :) I wish it was like the motion of a boat! Always, in the back of your mind you wonder, "is this the day something breaks on the building?" Of course, it never does, but if you are not originally from the city, you still wonder.

    The office I rented in Manhattan was actually on the top floor - the penthouse, though it wasn't very fancy.
