Shipping a boat from overseas... (Shipping a wooden boat from Finland to Alaska)

    Question: is there somewhere out there an Alaskan (with a really nice boat they can't take) moving to Finland?

    I think this is a dead letter by now. The OP made his initial inquiries in 2008. He either found a way to ship the boat to Alaska, he sailed it there from Finland, or he's given up. :)
