"Seaway" captive reel winches

    Hi all

    Anyone have any information as to the manufacturer of these? I did a major web hunt and all my usual sources and came up blank. Trying to locate some spares. I have a suspicion they may be in New Zealnd but I could be wrong...

    Any help would be hugely appreciated.
