Replacing windscreen on a fleetline

Hi,
Has anyone ever replaced a windscreen on a Fleetline? Bought an old boat and had to take out the windscreen and frame as the glass cracked. Thinking about rebuilding a new one maybe with a hardtop and slightly higher than the previous one.
Any advise on material to use and specific design to follow?
