Reality check

I used to have (and since misplaced) a very comprehensive generic bill of materials for a typical large sailing yacht, it was called something like "Reality check for boat builders" or something like that.
I found it very useful to help compile a rough BOM for preliminary costing and project planning.
Does anyone here have that or something similar?
