All that open outback territory is just the place to ride this baby -- Harley eat your heart out :p

P.S. Anyone like to take a stab on the Year,Make and Country of manufacture -- Oh and this is a factory produced machine not a homebuilt.

I worked for it & simply scanned a couple of pages of "antique motorcycles" in a google image search..

Visually I picked the wheel element & could discard whole pages of images at a glance on that filter..

That's great, nearly as water resistant as a submarine and in a shape that might not treat you too badly..... I wish I could read the link but all I got from it was 1941.

I dunno about that, rescue boats are not designed for comfort and have the rep of rolling like hogs, but they self-right and survive almost anything afloat . . .

Bntii -- you my man are correct, :D. I origionally got the picture out of STERN magazine. Both the rider, a John Lennon look alike, (joint and all) and the bike caught my eye. The bike being very advanced for the time having what looks like aluminium alloy rims. I got such a kick out of it I added it to my Indian Tin Sign collection on my shop walls. The only other non Indian to grace the space is a Crocker (A close relative)

    Cardiac health in space??

Long term it seems that the heart would loose tone as it has a lessened task of moving blood around in the absence of gravity.

"zeemanspot" is a foundation that provided financial support for the family of sailors who were on duty during the begin of the war. These merchant sailors were summoned by the nazi regime to go back home. I shall not translate the dutch term into Englisch....
