Propeller dia and shaft rpm

    We are building a Pusher Tug. It’s LOA=20.5m, B=7m, D=3.2, T=2.47m, M/E power=600x2 HP, M/E rpm=900, Hull resistance=165 KN, Speed=14 kt, Bollard pull=13T.
    How can I calculate the required propeller dia and shaft rpm? :confused:

    Hello, My question is what size propellers should I have in a 1979 28 foot Trojan flybridge it has two 318 Chrysler's in it. I am now running 14x14x1 cuped, at 4200 rpm the boat is slow an the gas mileage is bad, can anyone help.
