I know many powercat design for coastal cruising but I can't find powercat design for offshore and trans-ocean cruising.

Does this kind of boat exist?

Do you know a good book on powercat design?

Fountaine-Pajot has an interesting range of powercats, not sure about passagemaking ability but some have pretty impressive range: http://www.fountaine-pajot.com/sommaire1-fr.html
We don't mind your English at all, JF; English is a nasty language to learn and you're not doing too badly :)

There are any number of cats being designed and built as offshore passagemakers.
Take a look at those by malcom tennant as a start...

In order to attempt to avoid capsize the cat must be really large .

Big boats are expensive! 75+ ft is still small for ocean service.
