Plywood sampan for yuloh power

    Worchester..... of the Yangtze, great book, it's on the shelf. I've been on a sampan in Hong Kong when the floating city was still in Aberdeen and the "water taxi" lady gave me a tour. Her propulsion was the yuloh. I've quoted some from the book to wikipedia about, NINGPO, a wonderfull city in China. thanks for your suplement to my quick post.

    Not a sampan, but something modeled on a Venitian gondola would work, too. The gondola scull is basically an Italian yuloh.
