When an animal population over breeds, nature reduces it's numbers by disease, increased predation, and famine.
Our world is well designed with many self regulating processes.
To artificially bypass these natural processes and seek to sustain unnatural high populations is error.
Countries like the USA should NOT try to rescue or provide refuge via immigration for over populated areas.
    Let nature take it's course.
    Unchristian? Perhaps.
Do you want the USA to be Christian?
Think before you decide, being aware that what you decide will not matter anyway.

It is NATURAL for animals (including humans) to migrate from areas of less resources to areas of more resources. For the US to prevent that migration (otherwise known as immigration) is UNNATURAL. I'm not arguing that we should or shouldn't limit immigration. But I am noting that your argument is inconsistent.

It is natural for the haves to defend what they have. And it is natural for the have-nots to try to get what they don't have. That's "evilution". The Christian approach (which many self-proclaimed Christians gladly ignore) is to "love your neighbor as yourself", "do good to them who despise you", "give your shirt to him who steals your coat", and "be merciful to the poor, the widow, and the orphan".

Even Jesus, as a baby, was forced to immigrate to Egypt to escape the bad times where he lived in Judea. So it is baffling why so many (not-very)Christian Republicans are so opposed to humane Immigration Reform in the US.

How does that work that 7 or 8 pounds of fuel produce 20 pounds of co2 when burnt?

81 percent of gallon of gas is carbon, roughly, the rest being mainly hydrogen. Add 3.2 pounds of oxygen to every 1.2 pound of carbon you get 4.4 pounds of CO2.

    2 C8H18 + 25 O2 → 16 CO2 + 18 H2O

It is pointless to argue about it anyway. The vegans need the CO2 to feed the plants or they would starve.

When anti-Christians promote abortion and same sex marriage, they can NOT preach Judeo-Christian values.
You got what you asked for, the amoral society you created!
Let the rest of the world hang itself then. Why should we help sustain unsustainable populations, or over crowd ourselves with their excess? Not our responsibility to save them from their stupid overbreeding.
When they KNOW better and do it anyway, it's not ignorance. It's stupidity.
    Nature takes it's course.
