Other sickening news (protect children)

It is sad that children are murdered.

And I pray the violence STOPS. But, murder, especially murder of children is such a small problem compared to what destroys our children.

But, we want to keep our heads in the sand. And that is SCARY.

We can argue Gun control when school zones are already GUN FREE.

But, why don't we argue against the assaults on children?

17,000 murders total - 60% from guns.

18 MILLION women, and 3 MILLION men are victims of **** in the USA.

MOST of both are ***** when they are under 18 years of age.

Do the math, 20 MILLION means about 1 MILLION children are ***** every year .... About 1500 children murdered each year (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child_murder) I hate wiki, but that seems a realistic number.

Almost 1000 to one .... But, we want to panic and outlaw guns so we can put our heads back into the sand.

Let us promise to work against child abuse in ALL FORMS.

I promise to work against child abuse in any and all forms.

I promise to pledge my life to protect children ..... Will you promise?

By whose authority do you promise and how did you get the right to protect yourself?

 

I have almost always submitted to God, and my ancestors fought to give me the right to protect myself.

But, I also realize others may not submit to God. And I am willing to work with them to protect our children.

Do you commit to protecting our children?

 

Then do your duty, you dont need another mans justification or approval, you already have everything you need. Promises for the sake of promises are nothing without offering something of value, that is common contract law anything else is just empty words. You cant enforce morality, the best thing you can do is live your life as an example of goodness that others will come to the conclusion in thier minds that it is good and worthy of being emulated.

 

I hope and pray, you protect children.

And if you don't, pray you answer to your 'god,' or to the police before you answer to me.

Can you give me an instance where God has previously protected some body.

I can give you instances where god was the reason.

Gentlemen,

I have noticed many people like to talk, but few want to protect children.

I never have understood that.

What good are boats and ships if we do not grow our next generation of people to enjoy them? Do you really think treating them badly will go well for us when we are 80 and wanting those 'good kids' to help us?

I pledge to protect children, and I hope someday, one of those good young kids will protect me when I need their help.

In a squall, changing a prop, or if I get crazy and go visit Frosty in the Expat murder capital of the world.



Take care of people, boats, and especially children.
