Don't worry that delay, we'll wait too long!
The earth's only been warming the last 18,000 years.
Warming slower, MUCH slower in our time!

We can afford the time to wait and see that it's all a natural cycle, even if it takes many decades! :D
Better than being hasty and foolish!

There is no point in talking about "Time" as there is no such thing in Nature,it`s just a Human Invention (like many other Human inventions and systems even Maths and Music) to try and understand what is happening around them.
What happens is just constant change as nothing is ever static.
I know there is Global warming as I am suffering from it right now, extremes of heat and cold big changes very quickly.
I did read somewhere that millions of years ago these extremes of hot and cold snap froze a mammoth that was browsing and it still had UN eaten food in it`s mouth.
It must have been pretty cold.

I don't argue with you, Mr Kane, that climate is changing.
It always has, and always will.

    The PROBLEM is:
Some people insist it's man's fault, that we are over burdening the planet with our exorbitant wasteful life styles in the western nations. The WESTs fault! Primarily aimed at US of A.

But all we need to do is look with open eyes and minds.

I clipped and horizontally stretched the period from 1800 to the present, or, actually looks like about 1950 on the scale.

It's pretty obvious most of the warming actually occurred during the age of the great sailing clipper ships!
Before, planes, cars, diesel or gasoline engines or electric power plants were even invented!

    So!
Is man's CO2 from modern era causing global warming?

Looks like if there was ANY correlation between increasing CO2 and temperature in last 100 years, the ONLY conclusion could be drawn, is it may have REDUCED global warming! :D

Warming definitely slowed down after 1900!

    http://www.slate.com/blogs/the_slat...hows_americans_believe_in_global_warming.html
First, Americans overwhelmingly agree that global warming is happening. Out of 3,143 total counties in the United States, majorities of just 39 counties disagree. That means nearly 99 percent of all counties in the country “believe in” global warming—with the holdouts confined to deeply conservative places like Limestone County, Alabama, or coal-producing Putnam County, West Virginia. That aligns broadly with a recent 98-1 Senate vote that global warming is real and “not a hoax.” The lone holdout in that vote was Mississippi Sen. Roger Wicker.
A lot of this disconnect between public opinion and scientific consensus can probably be traced back to the intense politicization of climate science in recent years, funded largely by interests within the fossil fuel industry. Climate change is now the single most polarizing issue in America.

    Hi Tom

I know what you mean about seeing the climate change right before our eyes such as it was 3 degrees where live near Hong Kong last month and said never been that cold before in fact I was told it actually snowed in some places near Hong Kong .
When I felt odd large rain drops I actually thought it was going to snow.

literally about to Snow in Hong Kong but in the summer had record breaking heat temperatures.

Man contributed CO2 causes cold weather and snow?
The argument from AGWers was CO2 INCREASED temperature!

    Silly wabbits!

I originally posted this on page 25.
And consistent every time I repost it, in response to your ridiculous accusations.

The articles said 73% reject AGW then, and still say it now.

I didn't WRITE the articles, but I'm GLAD I posted them!
Go buy more antacids. This poll really gives you heartburn, doesn't it!

You STILL confuse believing in global warming with believing it's man's fault we have global warming.
Not even remotely similar world views!

AGW is NOT the same as GW.

YOU believe it's mostly man's fault, and so does 27% of Americans.

    73% of Americans DON'T believe it's MOSTLY man's fault!
Whether they believe in global warming or not, they DON'T believe in AGW!

    AGW is Anthropogenic Global Warming.
Translates as Man Made Global Warming.

    73% Americans reject AGW.

Earth has been warming for 18,000 years. Global warming! and man didn't cause it!
    Rejection of AGW.

You are shifting goal post as usual and as normal cherry picking yet again to avoid the fact you are the major minority 8%er.
You conspiracy's theories and scams, whako web sites, scientist climate change denial, religion and cults is not doing you any good as its like the boy that cry's wolf all the time so your credibility to be honest is zero and not taken seriously , especially forcefully pushing you paranoid delusions and attacking any one that mentions global warming and sea level rise to try and derail this thread.

    no I'm not. :p
73% of Americans reject AGW in that poll you hate so much.
and your 97% consensus is only 75 climate scientists they cherrypicked out of a survey of 10,000 scientists.

The boy who cried wolf, was a false alarmist who lost all credibility and then his life as consequence.
Must have been an early AGWer type! :D
I'm not the panic monger alarmist.
I'm the skeptic! You seem confused.
