    International Offshore 14 from California , is long lost. I found site drawings at my archive and posting here.

    There was water ballasts at sides up and can be filled for righting the boat.

    Plans were 100 dollars but I think all address , email addresses were outdated. I never got a reply.

    Very good thing you didn't get an answer. Looks like a cartoon from a teenager.

    I think it could be a Lucander drawing. His son lives in Davidson?, NC.

    I don’t believe this drawing was ever more than a concept, but I did see a picnic 17 that had similar drawing style, keel, rudder placements. That could all be more about the period than a specific designer.

    The picnic 17 is a rather nice looking little boat.

    I recommend you try to contact his son who uses the same name, but might be Eric (properly?).
