New wood.Fiberglass/Resin

    :confused: Just put on Dryed new wood on my Bay boat, And now putting on Fiberglass Mat and Resin. ?????????? How many layers of mat should I put on? and after I finish Do I put Bondo on top to make it smooth???????// And MOST of all What kind of paint do I put on???? I put west marine last time and It peeled off. Help Please

    epoxy to polyester not polyester to epoxy. West Marine usually sells epoxy based resins. Bondo is poyerster. Sounds like polyester resin over wood followed by gelcoat and a webbing solution. I'm assuming you are talking about the floor or a deck.
