It's unlikely there will be a specific site to purchase that particular rudder. If the rudder is damaged, most marine fabrication shops can fix it or make a new one, which isn't all that hard. In your area there are lots of shops that can handle this type of work. Drive an hour or so south to the coast and check out the small marinas and repair shops, for the best prices.
