need help to fix edges in rhino....

hello sir,
i've a model of catamaran but i can't make it solid cause there's still naked edges. Please is there anyone who can help me to fix this naked edges. I'm still new to rhino, i will attach my 3d model.

can you fix this model too sir. it's a same model but in maxsurf. cause when i try to convert the model which you had been fixed before to maxsurf. that model still not get trim in maxsurf. i'll attach the file.

 

I do not own Maxsurf, but I noticed that in the file there are two curves, I removed those lines more, try this, I can not do more.
