We have an older model marineairr CM16H with the 3 knob MCP control. When the switch is in the start and in the run position the sea water pump runs constantly. I can understand why in the run, compressor on mode, but why when it's just the fan running in the start position? Can the control be rewired to just have the pump on when the compressor is on? Thanks
