(MACC is mainly concerning military, Coast Guard and other first responder small and high performance craft technology, and launch and recovery issues for deploying them from other vessels. It is, however open to non-military and non-U.S. persons, though because it is held on an active military facility non U.S. citizens or residents have to pre-register.)

MACC is moving to the Summer of 2021!

After careful thought and consideration, ASNE is postponing the Multi-Agency Craft Convention until Summer 2021. We believe this is the safest decision, as the safety and well-being of our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and staff are of the utmost importance to us. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we adapt to the changing landscape with the fight against Covid-19. We hope everyone is well and staying healthy, and we look forward to interacting face-to-face soon.

In the meantime, ASNE will host a Launch & Recovery (L&R) Virtual Event July 15-16th. Virtual attendees can listen to keynotes, forum and panel discussions, along with technical paper presentations related to launch and recovery systems, host marine platforms, and vehicles. Since its founding in 2005, the Launch & Recovery (L&R) Symposium (encompassed within MACC in 2018), addresses the launch, recovery, and operations of manned and unmanned vehicles from marine platforms. Manned and unmanned vehicles include helicopters, rotorcraft, fixed-wing aircraft, RHIBs, high-speed craft, tenders, UAV, USV, UUV, and many more. Marine platforms include naval, coast guard, passenger, and commercial ships, as well as offshore platforms and other vessels. For 2020 we will be holding a virtual Launch and Recovery Symposium to maintain continuity on this valuable and tremendously timely topic, particularly as autonomous systems become an increasingly capable and valuable asset in support of civilian and military missions, in addition to the manned vehicles that are launched and recovered from various platforms daily.

ASNE is researching and building several additional options to include sponsors for each day of L&R, affording attendees the ability to view exhibitor company promotional or product demos and networking options for scheduling meetings.

Please be on the lookout for more updates to follow.
