We are looking for a perspex windscreen of the proposed dimensions, we will install the windscreen in two half so even wider screen will qualify for the job.

Best would be the finished screen

but please also respond if you know a company that does have a mould for such a screen
or a company that does produce screen from drawings

We are based in Germany but this should not be too difficult to ship the
    split screen.

Just about any plastics fabricator will be able to form a simple shape like that. A scale buck, some felt and a big oven is all you need, bake at 350f for a few minutes and your done.

As PAR says, a lot of plastic fabricators and vacuum formers could fabricate/bend this fairly easily. You should have someone fairly local, try also exhibition and Point of Sale specialists who often use this technique. Relatively easy to DIY if you can get it hot enough to flow and sag onto the mould. Would be dead easy to do if a one plane curve, but you have both planes changing in the drawing.

I've cooked some plastic over the years and it's not very hard to do compounds like that one. Reversed curves are the ones that need help, but that one looks like you can set it up to "drape" pretty easily, letting gravity do all the work.
