So, you want someone to make the drawings for you to build a scale model of the ship. Am I wrong?

Yes that’s right so they can do the drawings for me so I then can take it to get the wood cut to size for me so I can build it myself

It's clear. And, what information do you have to be able to make those drawings?

It sounds like you want to build a model of the ferry that goes across the River Mersey in Liverpool - how big / what size do you want your model to be?

Have you got a good photo of the entire side of the boat ?
Can you say how long you want the model to end up ?
Its pretty easy to do if you can provide decent photos

I suppose that the part of the hull that goes under the water must also be included in the model. Any photo of it?

I think that Rumars has nailed it there for you Allen - if you can get a copy of the original plans then you can build your model to whatever scale you choose.
You will probably have to pay a modest fee to the museum for the photocopies.

ScaleSuggest.png Just for fun, it would seem that 100 to 1 scale would be convenient
