As a vessel?...No. As razor blades?....perhaps. Depends on too many technical and economic factors.

How about as a scuba theme park?
Just park an air refill station and a snack bar over it. And, feed the grouper.

    Underwater paintball anyone?

Ask your own government (if you can). Right now the PLAN and PRC supported companies are desecrating US, EU, and foreign national WWII war graves in the INTERNATIONAL shallow waters of the South China Sea/ Java Sea in contravention of international law. To support the PLA nuclear weapons program, ships sunk prior to 1943 are being systematically dredge and dynamite salvaged for pre-Trinity steel.

    BlueBell . . . _ _ _ . . . _ _ _

And a more, light hearted (but informative) look at Trinity steel:

Unable to open webpage. What is the relationship between the PLA nuclear weapons program and the wreckage of a sunken ship many years ago?

What! I am shocked that the PRC and Pooh Bear (Emperor Xi) are actively preventing the mainland chinese populace from knowing the truth about their governments misdeeds! Absolutely shocked!

Remember, the PRC is not a signatory of the Partial Nuclear Test Ban Treaty and continued atmospheric testing of nuclear weapons until the 1980's. I doubt if any chinese steel (or most of western China) is not reading well above background.
