How to make Boat Owners Manual (CE/UKCA Requirement)

Hi again all,
looking for some help once again,

I have just about completed the build of my first boat, only a 12 foot open boat but I expect it will be in the water on Friday weather permitting for some advertising footage and swiftly back up again after that.

I have researched and found out all I need to know now about the CE/UKCA marking part of it, but part of that requires that an owners manual be created for each boat,

Is there a guide anywhere, or a template or similar to help with this?

I have found a website that offers a program for sale which seems to do this, but its very costly 600 odd pounds so would rather initially go down the route of doing my own.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
