    Hi All,
I have been reading the forums off and on for better than a year now. Finally have obtained a mold that I would like to have a hull and deck pulled from.
Its a displacement non planing hull 23' x 6.5' beam. no liner, just a split hull mold and a deck.
I am looking for suggestions on any molders in the (NJ, south eastern PA, Delaware, Md) area. Looking to find the right shop (that has excess capacity, looking to fill some production time voids) that can handle the start up of this and then be able to grow with possible future orders as well as the ability to make an inner liner in the future.
I believe the original lay-up for the hull was along the lines of: gel, 1.5oz skin w/vinylester, 3oz, 2 or3 mil Cormat, 3 layers of 2415 stitched Fabmat.
The deck would be: gel, 1.5oz skin, 3oz, 1/2 or 3/4 balsa core, 2415 stitched Fabmat.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.
    thanks :)

Call Joe at Global Marine, Calverton Long Island. I know he had some open production time recently. Not sure if it is full now.

We are located on Long Island, NY. We have the ability to build your hull and deck, as well as build a liner mold. If interested, email me at jgspilot@aol.com.
