Has anyone seen this foiling cat before?

    The text says A-cat, but with center T-foil I doubt it.

    It popped up on Sailing Anarchy (I seem to recall) a couple of years ago, yes, it was said to be an A-Class, but with the ability to incline the foil to give better lift to windward like a Moth. Can't remember much more.
