Hi Guys, Just found this group and wished I had somthing like this 12 years ago when I built my Dave Sintes 21ft Sportsman.

I searched a bit but did not get a complete answer. I am restoring the white gelcoat floor, and want to do the "cool" web effect this time. Last time I just shot the white gelcoat and covered with PVA.

Is there a quick tutorial on doing webbing?

How about product literature that explaind the process?

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Webbing

Sorry if this information is repeated in those threads. I don't have time to read them. This is a poor man's one time webbing method.

Add the right amount of catylist to the webbing gelcoat.
    Dip a comb in it.
Blow the gelcoat off the comb with an air gun onto the part.

For instruction on the method used by professional webbers, one must enroll in the Naval Architecture program at the Webb Institure, where the process was invented!
