    Hello all,

I am looking to maximize space right now on my 77 IMP 19.6ft and looking at all of the considerations as to what to do. I am looking at "pushing in" the cabin by 30" and creating a true Vberth as there is more cabin than deck space, so we need to fix that, but I want to keep the cuddy aspect. If I do that I am thinking of going with an enclosure (pic #1) if I dont do that I am thinking of pushing it in but building up with a flybridge. My concern with that is the boat has a width of 7' 6", would I end up to top heavy with a flybridge? (pic #2) I want to make sure before I start cutting that I go with the best option.

The boat as it currently sits... Don't worry I am changing the name too :)

Any ideas? (other than get another boat :D )
