Sure wish there were some Americans interested in this work. I need a faring crew within a couple months.

I wonder how much people are paying for this God forsaken work.

No idea. Do you know anyone in FL that does fairing and painting? I'm trying to line a crew up to do both, if I can find one.

I do, but honestly I don't want to do it anymore. Most the guys around don't speak English and the ones that do are a little flaky. You need one guy that really knows what there doing and a couple of assistants. You can be third guy and do mixing. I used to work on Aluminum yachts that we faired with epoxy, some were pretty big. I know one guy that is good but he has full time job at boatyard and moonlights also but here locally.

I didn't think you were going to need so much fairing.

Similar issue up here with the help. You'd be surprised how much fairing goes into a 48x 25 cat. 2 hulls, connecting structure, deck, etc... Similar to a 70 ft mono in area.

Also, I need to get launched ASAP to get back to work, so I don't want to spend months fairing and painting. I need a crew to bang it out.

Cat send me some pictures of your boat, how much work you really need.

Would also be interested if you have any further details Catbuilder?

Regards..

Hi, are you still looking for fairers? I have experience with awlgrip and international systems.
