Owner finally contacted me in response to my inquiry re drawings and as follows:

"Sorry to take so long to get back to you. Yes I think they are, although they are getting rather tattered as the years pass.
I have drawings for the mainhull. floats and rudder, crossbeams and sailplan. Don't know if there are anymore, but if so, I don't have them."
