cloth print and rippled effect

    when we take the deck out from mold the surface is very very smooth and shinning, no cloth print, no ripple:D. But about ten days later cloth print and ripple occurred, :mad: especially when deck is under sunshine. I think it is after cure but we don't how to slove this problem :confused:

    Bruce,
    What's the first layer of laminate after the gelcoat? A thin layer of chopped-strand or light veil glass usually does a pretty good job of preventing any print-through of the fabric texture.

    hello , the first layer is 50g/m2 surface mat.
