Asking for advice on cloth weight/type for deck

Hello: I am fabricating brand new decks for my catamaran…I am using .75" foam core (Divinycell H80) and epoxy, not poly. There will be foam stringers (joists?) on the underside of the deck.... I am thinking these will be about .5" wide by about 3" tall….in a grid pattern…about every 12"…glassed in later with biax tape.

My question is about the skin of the foam: What type of cloth/how much/how heavy should I be using for this? I am thinking biax or triax? Or is heavier roving just as effective? (it is cheaper) I am after somewhat light weight, but do not want to skimp out and have a wanky deck later….it will be stood on.

Any advice from builders would be welcome.
