Jim Brown outfitted his Searunner 31 with a sled for his outboard. Does anyone know how difficult it would be to retrofit an outboard sled on to a Searunner 34? (For what it's worth, I am very experienced with woodworking and tools, etc.)

Here's a video of his outboard motor sled:

I would imagine there was a fair bit of playing with sled shapes, before he settled on something that worked. The same may be true of the pivoting mechanism. The engineering wouldn't be especially tough, nor would the woodworking.
