EMERALD PRINCESS... We are aquiring a 1950 New York State tugboat and want to create a barge/restaurant that we can tow, up and down the canal between Pittsford and Fairport in a circut. It will be about 60' by 30' and have 18' of clearance beneath the bridges. We assume that about 120 or more...
