Neal Rudin

I'm working on creating a restaurant/barge/venue that will be towed by an old New York State tugboat on the canal in a circut between Pittford and Fairport near Rochester, NY. I'm am trying to find or build a 60' by 30' barge that will be two storied and wide open inside. Can find no similar projects anywhere. It will carry about 120+ people.
Its name will be The Emerald Princess and we will electrify the tugboat. Though the canal is drained for the winter we will still be able to opporate the restaurant/venue all year round.
